Abstract

A method for producing probiotic provides for the culture of multicomponent symbiosis in the aqueous suspension containing wheat germs. The multicomponent symbiosis comprises Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus brevis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, Bifidobacterium infantis and Bifidobacterium breve, the lactic streptococci Lactococcus lactis and Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus, and propionic bacteria of species Propionibacterium freudenreichii ssp. Shermanii. The culture medium also contains 5-6% bentonite gel. The wheat germs are used as an extraction cake with the ratio of wheat germ cake (10-12 % of dry substances) to bentonite gel being 1:1-1:2.
