Abstract
Спосіб ізомеризації легких бензинових фракцій для одержання високооктанового компонента бензину може бути використаний у нафтопереробній і нафтохімічній промисловостях. Спосіб проводять при температурі 100-220 °С, тиску 1,0-3,5 МПа, мольному співвідношенні водень:сировина (0,3-10):1 на каталізаторі, що містить, % мас.: метал 8А групи 0,1-0,8, сірчанокислотний іон 4-15 та композицію оксидів металів до 100. Як метал 8А групи використовують платину і/або паладій, і/або іридій, і/або родій, і/або рутеній, а композицією оксидів металів є xFe2O3.yMnO2.zTiO2.nAl2O3.mZrO2, при мольних значеннях коефіцієнтів: х=(0,06-3,6).10-3, у=(0,11-2,3).10-3, z=(0,12-2,5).10-3, n=(7,8-21,5).10-2, m=(63,3-74,7).10-2.
