Abstract
An installation for thermal destruction of toxic chemicals contains a loading device, a furnace with loading door, a driving bolt for sealing the loading door, an afterburner, a vortex apparatus for preliminary cleaning of flue gases, a catalytic reactor for removal of incompletely burnt organic toxins from flue gases, a recuperator, a gas condenser, a bag-type filter, an exhaust fan and a flue. The loading device contains a sluice chamber, which output is connected with the loading door, loading driving platform, which is installed in the sluice chamber with possibility of turning around the axis in the direction of loading door, driving load supply unit, which contains the cargo tray, which is U-shaped and is installed from the entry side into the sluice chamber with possibility of turning around the axis in the direction of loading door for guaranteeing the slide of toxic chemicals on the loading floor. The cargo U-shaped tray is installed with possibility of sealing the inlet into the sluice chamber after displacement of toxic chemicals on loading platform. The installation is additionally equipped with control system for operation of driving elements in required sequence at loading of toxic chemicals into the furnace.
