Abstract
Заявлен полинуклеотид, кодирующий мутантную большую субъединицу полипептида растительной эндоспермной АДФ-глюкозопирофосфорилазы или ее биологически активный фрагмент. Мутантный полипептид включает аминокислотные мутации в двух или больше сайтах аминокислотной последовательности, а именно в положениях 333, 177 и 396 аминокислотной последовательности большой субъединицы дикого типа АДФ-глюкозопирофосфорилазы кукурузы. В случае экспрессии мутантного полипептида с малой субъединицей АДФ-глюкозопирофосфорилазы с образованием мутантного фермента АДФ-глюкозопирофосфорилазы, мутантный фермент или его биологически активный фрагмент демонстрирует повышенную теплостабильность и/или повышенную ферментативную активность в сравнении с ферментом АДФ-глюкозопирофосфорилазы дикого типа.
