Abstract

A method to increase live weight gain of sucking neonatal piglets, including feeding a biologically active preparation at a rate of 1-4 mg per kg live weight to sows once every day, starting from the 30-40day of the natal period and piglets from birth up to finishing the sucking period. The sows are fed with the biologically active preparation at a rate of 1.0-12.0 µg per 1 kg live weight in the course of 2-10 days prior to farrowing and 6-8 days after thereof.
