Abstract

Устройство для восстановления центрировки вала (1) ротора относительно продольной оси Х конструкции (3) статора в случае разъединения, вызванного появлением чрезмерного перекоса, при этом вал при нормальных условиях работы является коаксиальным относительно оси Х и стопорится в радиальном направлении опорой (5) подшипника, установленной в отверстии с осью Х названной конструкции (3) статора. Опора (5) подшипника имеет внешний диаметр, меньший диаметра отверстия, для обеспечения орбитального вращения опоры подшипника вокруг оси Х в случае разъединения, и соединена с конструкцией (3) статора с помощью предохранительных элементов (6), которые радиально разрушаются. Устройство имеет средства для восстановления центровки опоры подшипника после разъединения. Средства восстановления центровки опоры (5) подшипника содержат средства (10) генерирования прецессионного движения Р опоры (5) подшипника в направлении, противоположном ее орбитальному вращению после разъединения, и по крайней мере два устройства (20), предназначенных для уменьшения допустимого отклонения опоры (5) подшипника относительно оси X. При этом устройства уменьшения отклонения равномерно распределены вокруг осей (X, 11) обоих деталей, которые представляют собой конструкцию (3) статора и опору (5) подшипника и каждая из которых имеет первую рампу (21), выполненную на одной с двух деталей, и выступ (22), выполненный на другой из названных деталей, который при условии отсутствия разъединения отдален в радиальном направлении от первой рампы (21) и выполнен с возможностью контакта с первой рампой во время прецессионного движения Р опоры (5) подшипника.
