Abstract

A method for making the fermented milk drink "Curing Narine" comprises: obtaining a normalized milk mixture, ripening thereof with a starter culture on the basis of the culture Lactobacillus acidophilus of the strain 317/402, mixing a curd, adding biologically active additives of plant origin into the ripened and mixed curd while mixing constantly, in the prescribed amount, cooling, mixing, prepacking the ready products and preserving at a temperature of 4-. Phytosyrups of therapeutical-prophylactic purpose are used as biologically active additives. Ripened fermented milk mixture of the whole milk (fat part by weight of 3.2 %) and nonfat milk (fat part by weight of 0,05 %) as the normalized fermented milk drink "Narine" (fat part by weight of 2,5 %) are used as the milk base at the following ratio of components as prescribed, in g/kg of the product:
