Способ получения обогащенной суспензии ствольных нейральных клеток включает выделение клеток из эмбриональной или неонатальной мозговой ткани, обогащение культуральной суспензии и наращивание количества клеток. Обогащение суспензии ствольными нейральными клетками достигают путем культивирования исходной клеточной суспензии в обедненной безсывороточной среде ДМЕМ. Наращивание количества клеток достигают добавлением ретинола ацетата.
