Спосіб боротьби з фітопатогенними грибками включає обробку рослин або їх біотопу похідними N-(метоксиметилкарбоніл)-2,6-диметиланіліну. З метою зниження фототоксичності способу як похідна N-(метоксиметилкарбоніл)--2,6-диметиланіліну використовується сполука загальної формули де R - водень, хлор або бром.
