Ozone is an allotropic form of oxygen with the characteristic feature of existing, depending on the conditions, in all three aggregate states. Under normal conditions, ozone is a blue gas, the molecule of which is formed by three oxygen atoms and has one free bond, which ensures its high oxidizing activity. Treatment with ozone-oxygen mixtures and materials treated with it, due to the property of ozone to influence the transport and release of oxygen in tissues and its disinfecting effect, cause a wide range of applications of ozone therapy. The high therapeutic efficiency of ozone therapy is due to the fact that ozone is able to react with most organic and inorganic substances until their complete oxidation, that is, before the formation of water, carbon oxides and higher oxides of other elements.
-Ozone has been used worldwide for over 100 years. Thanks to regular clinical and experimental research, especially in the last 30 years, it has been possible to develop new, modern, highly effective non-medicinal methods of treatment - ozone therapy. Non-toxic, standardized and without side effects, the chemical method of ozone therapy has a positive effect on various sides; pathological process, contributes to the regulation of disturbed homeostasis, improvement of the functional state of various organs and systems, activation of the body's protective forces. As a therapeutic agent, when low concentrations of ozone are used, the ozone therapy method exhibits significant anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, virucidal, fungicidal, immunomodulating, analgesic and other effects (Y.I. Kozin. Development of the ozone therapy method and the possibility of its application in the practice of urologists and andrologists. -

Д.Тандій,The effectiveness of ozone therapy depends not only on the method of preparation, the form of use and the concentration of the ozonized material, but first and foremost on the methods and methods of introducing ozone (L.D. Tandii,

Historically, the first method of using ozone in medicine was local ozone therapy by blowing and flowing gasification in a plastic chamber under conditions of increased and reduced pressure. At the same time, extremely high (40-80 - mcg/ml) concentrations of ozone are used for disinfection in the treatment of badly infected wounds that do not heal well, bedsores, gangrene, fungal lesions of the skin, etc., and also as a hemostatic agent.
Low concentrations of ozone promote epithelization and healing. A special ee, a plastic bag made of ozone-resistant plastic, is put on the damaged limb, which is hermetically fixed and gassed with an ozone-oxygen mixture with an ozone concentration of 4-8 μg/l, for 15-20 minutes, repeatedly. 3o Enteral administration of therapeutic zones of ozone can be carried out depending on the type of pathology, ee, nature of the course and phase of the disease of the gastrointestinal tract in the following ways: intake of ozonated distilled water; intestinal irrigation with ozonated distilled water; intra-intestinal injections (enemas) of an ozone-oxygen mixture. The method of rectal insufflation of an ozone-oxygen mixture, widely used in clinical practice, involves the introduction into the rectum with a Jeane syringe, after a cleansing enema, with an ozone-oxygen mixture with a concentration of 5-30 mg/l on the first day - 100 ml, then each time an addition of 100 ml to with a total volume of up to 1000 ml. The therapeutic dose of ozone should be 75 μg per 1 kg of the patient's weight.
From" Intestinal insolations are used, first of all, as a local anti-inflammatory disinfectant that restores the microbial substance in the intestines, disturbed by pathogenic microorganisms, and also, being quickly absorbed, has a general metabolic effect. At the same time, the possibilities and volume of rectal insufflations are limited by pathological changes in the rectum. b The most effective parenteral methods of ozone administration in the treatment of various diseases include: large intravenous and small intravenous intramuscular ozone hemotherapy, which includes not only intravenous administration of physiological saline (SOF), but also intra-arterial administration of SOF and extracorporeal b plasma treatment and lymph In addition, locally important intra-articular, intramuscular and endolymphatic infusions of the ozone-oxygen mixture are significantly different.
Суть його полягає в щоденному чи через день внутрішньовенному введенні ОФР з наростаючою концентрацією в ньому озону з 2 мг/л до 7-10 мг/л протягом 10-15 днів, зі щоденним підвищенням концентрації озону на 0,5:0,1 мг/л (КозінAn ozonated sterile isotonic and sodium chloride solution is used for a large intravenous infusion. With the help of two multi-perforated falling and absorbing needles inserted into a standard vial with a sterile isotonic solution of sodium chloride. This solution is saturated with ozone (OFR) and is then administered intravenously at a rate of 80-120 drops per minute. Taking into account the individual 29 tolerance of different concentrations of the ozone-oxygen mixture by patients and the possibility of developing resistance at a young age. and insufficient intake of it into the body, we have developed an original method of ozone therapy. Its essence consists in daily or every other day intravenous administration of OFR with an increasing concentration of ozone in it from 2 mg/l to 7-10 mg/l for 10-15 days, with a daily increase in ozone concentration by 0.5:0.1 mg/ l (Kozin

In recent years, for the most effective anti-inflammatory effect of ozone in infectious and purulent diseases with
А. И. Корабельников,With pronounced endotoxemia, the development of the endolymphatic method of introducing an ozone-oxygen mixture was started. There are two main ways to rehabilitate the lymphatic system, which are used to treat peritonitis and heal foci of infection in lymphatic abdominal and extra-abdominal paravertebral nodes. First of all, this is the introduction of ozonated distilled water rectal against the background of local dehydration (S.A. Salekhov, A.I. Korabelnikov,
А.Е. - С. 181-188).A.E. Skorobagatov Remediation of the lymphatic system! after treatment of experimental peritonitis. // 70 Nizhny Novgorod Medical Journal. Appendix to NMZ Ozone therapy. - 2003. - P. 33). Another method of lymphogenic ozone therapy: ozone in the ozone-oxygen mixture at a concentration of 2.0-1.0 mg/l or OFR with an ozone concentration of 6.0-2.0 mg/l is injected into the inguinal lymph nodes in the amount of 20 to 50 Jr. This method made it possible to achieve a quick positive reaction to infectious and inflammatory changes in the genital organs of patients (Y.I. Kozin. Treatment of destructive forms of urogenital tuberculosis by ozone therapy. // Zkologiya i zdvorvo /5 человека. Protection of water and air pools. Disposal of waste: Sat. Science of the 11th International Scientific and Technical Conference: In 4 vols.// UGNIY "UkKRVODGEO" - ChP Syverskaya, 2003. - Volume 1. - P. 181-188).
Because the above-defined method of ozone therapy, dedicated to the disinfection of regional lymphatics, is the closest in technical essence, as well as in terms of the results that can be achieved, it is chosen by us as a prototype.
At the same time, regardless of the effectiveness of this method, it has a number of disadvantages, the main of which is that ozone acts only on a limited volume of the lymphatic system, which reduces the obtained clinical effect.
Taking into account the above, the basis of the invention is the task of increasing the effectiveness of ozone therapy by extending the spectrum of action to the lymphatic system.
«The task, which is the basis of the invention, is solved due to the fact that in the known method of ozone therapy, the ozonated solution is injected into the pelvic fatty tissue around the bladder. "
Increasing the effectiveness of ozone therapy for infectious and inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs is achieved due to the fact that the pelvic adipose tissue is permeated by a network of lymphatic vessels and nodes, which allows infiltrating them evenly and comprehensively to fill the entire pelvic lymphatic network with a disinfecting ozonated physiological solution.
The method is carried out as follows: the patient is in a horizontal position on his back, after treatment with a skin disinfectant solution, along the midline of the abdomen, 2-3 cm above the pubic bone, a long needle is inserted into the pelvic tissue of Ge, which delivers a solution of novocaine. After infiltration with novocaine, 250-300 ml of OFR with an ozone concentration of 2.0:50.1 mg/l is injected into the adipose tissue of the pelvis to the right and to the left of the bladder neck. Punctures and intra-pelvic administration of OFR, depending on the severity of the pathological process, are repeated 4-5 times daily with a possible increase in ozone concentration by 0.5:-0.1 mg/l daily.
The effectiveness of the proposed treatment is illustrated by the following examples: 1. Patient D-ko A.T., 32 years old, was admitted to the gynecological department of the Kharkiv Emergency Hospital for acute endometritis complicated by salpingo-oophoritis. The patient received combined modern antibacterial and detoxification, as well as local therapy, but the consequence of the two-week treatment was the transition from an acute infectious-inflammatory process to a chronic one. This caused the need for two more. weeks to carry out anti-inflammatory therapy in combination with physical factors (UHF, microwave therapy, magnetic field and laser therapy). Only after a month of inpatient treatment, the clinical and laboratory indicators allowed the patient to be discharged for outpatient treatment. 2. Patient S. T.G., 37 years old, was admitted to the gynecological department of the Kharkiv hospital for acute endometritis complicated by pelvioperitonitis. The implemented complex conservative therapy during the week was ineffective, therefore, for 5 days, daily endolymphatic pelvic ozone therapy (introduction of 500-700 ml of OFR) was applied to the patient. Considerable has been obtained
