Abstract
A method for producing the dry powder of the globe artichoke consists of the infusing and the extraction. The fresh artichoke juice is used as a raw material. Prior to cooling, the juice is mixed with excipients. The equal volume of the purified water is added followed by freeze-drying at the temperature of minus 40 °C for 24 hours.
