Abstract

An ultrasonic mixer-activator comprises an airtight container mounted on shock absorbers and equipped with membranes, a concentrator, a magnetostrictive transducer and shut-off dispensing valves. The device has an airtight container formed by a lid with a central inlet pipe equipped with a plug valve, and a bottom with a central outlet pipe equipped with a plug valve, which is installed on a base by shock absorbers. Between the lid and the bottom by means of annular sealing and cushioning pads there is horizontally installed a membrane with holes along the periphery and holes along the contour of the magnetostrictive transducer rigidly and centrally secured from its underside, from which a C-shaped concentrator is similarly secured which is located by convex sides downward and with sharp edges upward. From the upper side of the membrane a circular concentrator is rigidly and centrally mounted which is of semi-cylindrical shape with holes in the lower part of its internal base, which upward convex side is overlapped by an additional convex membrane with a central hole and the C-shaped membrane has central holes in the lower areas and its cross-section along the thickness decreases from top to bottom.
