Abstract
An ultrasonic mixer-activator comprises an airtight cylindrical tank vertically mounted on shock absorbers, a horizontal membrane made of magnetostrictive transducers of ultrasonic vibrations and stop-distributing valves. It holds a tight vertically mounted cylindrical container with a bottom mounted on the shock absorbers, which is equipped with a central outlet with a plug valve and a cover with a central inlet pipe equipped with a plug valve, under which between sealing and cushioning washers a horizontal membrane is installed which has holes located along the perimeter of a magnetostrictive transducer centrally rigidly fixed from its upper side and from its lower side a central concentrator is similarly fixed, which sides correspond to the outer contour of the upper ring hollow concentrator with the holes on upper side, which coincide with the holes of membrane, and the holes from the lower side, to which an intermediate equivalent circular concentrator with holes is coaxially attached, to which a lower circular cylindrical concenterator with holes from the inside and central holes is similarly coaxially attached.
