Abstract

An ultrasonic activator of mineral substances contains an airtight container installed on shock absorbers, a membrane with openings and a magnetostrictive transducer of ultrasonic oscillations, concentrators and locking-distribution valves. As airtight container it contains an airtight, vertically installed ball container, formed by a hemispheric bottom equipped with centrally installed outlet nozzle with a plug cock, which is located on the shock absorbers, and a hemispheric cover with central inlet nozzle equipped with the plug cock, between which by means of annular sealing and shock-absorbing gaskets a membrane is located which has openings along the periphery and openings along the perimeter of magnetostrictive transducer rigidly and centrally fastened from its upper side. Between the openings from the same side a hemispheric concentrator is similarly fastened, which central area is perforated by openings, and in which a hemispheric additional membrane is rigidly and centrally fastened and turned by open side upward, with the central opening. The annular conical concentrator with horizontally located bottom perforated by the openings is similarly fastened from the lower side of membrane between the same openings and equipped with additional hollow conical concentrator centrally fastened from its upper side, while with a clearance to the annular conical concentrator a central annular conical concentrator is rigidly and centrally fastened.
