Abstract
A plant for dispersing components of composite polymeric materials comprises a sealed cylindrical container mounted on shock absorbers with a membrane with a magnetostrictive transducer placed therein, ultrasonic concentrators and a shut-off dispensing valve. The plant comprises a sealed vertically installed container, which consists of a vertical section with a lid equipped with a central inlet pipe with a plug valve, and a lower section with a bottom mounted on shock absorbers and equipped with a central outlet pipe with a plug valve, between which by sealing and cushioning pads a horizontal membrane with a central hole and holes on the sides is installed. On the horizontal membrane a circular membrane with holes is centrally and rigidly mounted, to which a magnetostrictive transducer is centrally and rigidly from the underside is mounted, and on the outer contour of the membrane - a cylindrical concentrator. In the case from the lower side of the horizontal membrane the cup-shaped concentrators are centrally and rigidly located with space between them, whose side walls have perforated holes.
