Abstract
An activator of dispersed mixtures contains a tight container installed on shock absorbers, a magnetostrictive transducer of ultrasonic waves, a membrane and shut-off-and-regulating valves. As tight container it contains a ball container formed by a hemispheric cover with a central inlet duct equipped with a plug cock, and a hemispheric bottom installed on the shock absorbers, with a central outlet nozzle equipped with a plug cock, between which, by means of annular sealing and shock-absorbing circular gaskets, a ball membrane is located, which consists of an upper hemispheric membrane with central opening for passing of a nozzle connected with the end of inlet nozzle by sealing and shock-absorbing bushing, auxiliary ball membrane with installed in the concave centre part of additional membrane with openings and installed between the flange of upper hemispheric bottom and flange of lower hemispheric end, which is equipped with central and lateral openings, which coincide with the openings of ball membrane and lower hemispheric membrane respectively, from inside of which a magnetostrictive transducer is centrally and rigidly fixed, along perimeter of which it is equipped with openings.
