Description of the invention
The invention relates to the field of medicine and relates to the method of treating demodicosis with the drug 2 cycloferon, which is an inducer of endogenous interferon.
There is a well-known method of treating demodicosis, which includes the use of antiparasitic drugs (Fedorovskaya R.F. Demodicosis. // Medicinal sister. - 1975. - Mo8. - P. 15 - 16). Lubrication is prescribed 1-2 times a day with sulfur ointment in increasing concentrations from 5 to 3395 or with sulfur-digpyarny ointment. In the course of treatment, negative phenomena on the skin may occur. Then the treatment is combined with corticosteroid 70 ointments. Corticosteroid ointments are prescribed in the morning, antiparasitic ointments in the evening. The term of treatment ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months.
Treatment of demodicosis has a number of complications, which are related to the peculiarities of the structure of the tick's integuments. It is necessary to use long courses of treatment and the use of drugs that have the minimum size of molecules.
Demodicosis is a tissue parasitosis, which is a special form of parasitism that requires 72 special adaptations from the parasite, since the tissue of the host, which has a complex of protective reactions, directly serves as its environment. A tissue parasite is an immunological problem. The parasite adapts to the physiological characteristics of the body, but also, which is very important, acquires the ability to overcome its protective mechanisms and change its stereotypical physiological reactions.
- 2002. - С. 34).The closest and chosen as a prototype is the method of treating demodicosis, which is carried out by applying 495 permentrin cream to the patient's skin 1 - 2 times a day for 10 - 14 days, then applying antiseptic lotions or their combination with absorbent agents, for example with the drug Skinoren (Kogan B.G. Modern aspect of pathogenesis and clinical course of demodicosis. // Health of Ukraine. - 2002. - Mob. - P. 34).
Due to the fact that demodicosis does not fit into the concept of a common parasitic disease, treatment and full rehabilitation of patients requires an effective influence on the immunological links to regulate adaptation processes and reactivity of the organism.
сThe basis of the invention is the task of improving the method of treating demodicosis, in which, due to the combination of complex treatment with the inducer of endogenous interferon - cycloferon, an effect on immunological indicators is achieved, due to which adaptation processes and reactivity of the body are regulated, the effectiveness of treatment increases, and frequent attacks are prevented. and prolonged exacerbations of demodicosis. with
The task is solved in the method of treating demodicosis, which is carried out by carrying out complex specific, strengthening and symptomatic therapy, according to the invention, in addition, cycloferon 12.59 is prescribed in a dose of 250 mg for 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17 , 20, 23 days of treatment, when the therapeutic effect is achieved, cycloferon is continued for three months at 50 mg once every 5 days. 3o The drug cycloferon, which is a low molecular weight interferonogen - a derivative of 10-carboxymethylene-9-acridanone (acridoacetic acid), has a complex of pharmacological properties (low toxicity, absence of allergic, mutagenic, embryotoxic effects) on the body.
An important pharmacological property of acridonacetic acid is the absence of metabolic cleavage in the liver and accumulation in the body. According to its chemical structure, acridonacetic acid is a planar C 50 tricyclic heteroaromatic system with an M-carboxymethyl substituent; in its structure, the fragment M, M-di-substituted pharmacologically active aminoacetic acid - glycine is easily detected. Such a unique chemical
The structure of acridonacetic acid suggests that it has high biological activity due to the ease of penetration into the organs and tissues of the body, as well as the possible effect on the receptor apparatus of the cell and the effect on metabolic reactions in the body.
The use of cycloferon simultaneously with traditional demodicosis therapy creates an immunostimulating effect on both T- and B-cell immunity, has a positive effect on the body's reactivity, increases 4! adaptive processes of the body and thereby accelerates the therapeutic effect.
The claimed method is carried out as follows. where Cycloferon 12,595 for injections is prescribed in addition to the generally accepted treatment of demodicosis, at the rate of 20 25Omg for 1.2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23 days of treatment. The method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment and prevent the frequency and duration of relapses due to the immunocorrective effect. s» Example Mo 1: Patient 0O., 22 years old, complained of perforating dermatosis, which is manifested by large rashes on the skin of the face, back and chest, which have a bluish tint and cicatricial changes in the surface layers of the skin. For the first time, such rashes appeared since adolescence. Previous symptomatic local 25 treatment did not give positive results. The disease turned into a chronic form. In the further during the examination, a tick of the Oetodex genus was found in the scraping. In this regard, complex treatment was prescribed, including the local application of curiosin gel, the drug nytifor. At the same time, the patient received cycloferon 12.5905 in a dose of 250 mg on days 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23 of treatment. The patient's condition improved, the emergence of new foci of inflammation was not noted, hyperemia decreased. The subjective improvement of the condition 60 was associated with the improvement of indicators of the T- and B-cell link of immunity, a significant increase of interferon was noted.
Example Mo2: Patient M., 23 years old, complained of periodic rashes on the skin of the face.
For the first time, such rashes appeared during pregnancy and appeared periodically in the spring and summer period.
Symptomatic treatment did not lead to a positive effect. Rashes continued with the periodicity described above. Upon further examination, a tick of the genus Juoetodekh was found in the scraping. In this regard, complex treatment was prescribed, including the local application of Curiosin gel and the drug Nitifor. At the same time, the patient received cycloferon 12.5905 in a dose of 250 mg on days 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23 of treatment. The patient's condition improved significantly, the hyperemia decreased, and there were no new foci of rashes. Against this background, indicators of the T- and B-cell link of immunity improved and interferon significantly increased.
All patients who received cycloferon noted its good tolerability. None of the observed patients had any side effects that could be clinically linked to the use of the drug. The stability of the condition is ensured due to the immunocorrective effect. 70 Thus, the use of cycloferon in combination with specific therapy significantly increases the effectiveness of treatment compared to treatment with only local drugs and can be used in the complex therapy of demodicosis.
