Abstract
Цей винахід стосується установки для одночасного нанесення покриття на велику кількість деталей. Установка включає модульний затискувальний пристрій, що має багато втулкових та шпиндельних пристроїв для утримування деталей, на які необхідно нанести покриття. Втулкові та шпиндельні пристрої дозволяють кожній деталі обертатися навколо своєї осі та нахилятися вздовж осі, яка перетинає вісь обертання затискувального пристрою. Завдяки впровадженню такого втулкового та шпиндельного пристрою можна наносити покриття на поверхні деталі, що є перпендикулярними до інших поверхонь деталі. Також описується спосіб одночасного нанесення покриття на деталі. Спосіб полягає у виконанні операцій установки багатьох деталей на затискувальному пристрої таким чином, що деталі розміщуються під кутом до осі обертання затискувального пристрою, причому вказаний пристрій обертається навколо своєї осі обертання таким чином, що примушує деталі нахилятися та відкриватися для осаджуваного матеріалу покриття.
