Abstract
The invention relates to the organic derivatives of the hydrazine in particular to hydrazide of 2-chloro-3-carboxyoxanylic acid exhibiting the anti-inflammatory activity. The aim consists in searching for the novel more active substances of such a group. The end product is synthesized from the ethyl ester of 2-chloro-3-carboxyoxanylic acid and hydrazine hydrate in acidic medium (up to pH 4). The yield amounts to 81%, the melting point is 241-2420С, the gross formula is C9H8ClN3О3, LD50=2000 mg/kg (intraperitoneally). The novel substance is 27.99-fold more active than voltaren.
