Abstract

Запропонований риформінг-апарат для конверсії метану та пари в CO, CO2 і Н2, містить переважно циліндричний зовнішній кожух з трубами, розміщеними в ньому, та з визначеною зоною непрямого теплообміну і зоною для подавання газоподібного потоку, що включає метан та пару, до зони непрямого теплообміну. Отвір, виконаний у згаданому кожусі, для подавання у згадану зону непрямого теплообміну розігрітого газового потоку як джерела для згаданої конверсії. Труби виконані з плаваючими головками, що містять каталізатор риформінгу, які розміщені вздовж головної осі у згадану зону непрямого теплообміну, та сполучення потоку зі згаданою зоною подавання. Камера для збирання газового потоку, що включає CO, CO2 та H2, отримані в результаті згаданої конверсії, розташована внизу за потоком від згаданих труб. Для вилучення з кожуха згаданого газового потоку, що включає CO, СО2 та Н2, трубопровід виконаний відкритим.
