Abstract
Винахід належить до трубопроводної арматури, а саме до засувок для перекриття трубопроводів та регулювання витрати середовищ, що проходять в них, зокрема, пара чи води, що мають високу температуру та тиск. Засувка для трубопроводів містить корпус з кришкою, бугель, зв'язаний з корпусом, шпиндель, виконаний з нарізною ділянкою у його верхній частині та встановлений з можливістю вертикального пересування через бугель, планку притискну, грундбуксу, розташовану під планкою, та кришку з ущільненням. Шпиндель в нижній частині закріплений в обоймі, зв'язаній з тарілкою, взаємодіючою з сідлом, причому шпиндель виконаний з титанового сплаву, поверхня якого має оксидну плівку, що створюється шляхом термічного оксидування шпинделя, причому оксидна плівка створена на поверхні шпинделя до нарізної ділянки.
