Abstract

The present invention relates to the system of adaptive control and the method of adaptive control of the feed rate of cutter on the machine tools with numerical programmed control. A system of adaptive control of the feed rate of cutter relative to the billet on the milling machine with main drive, including a control unit of torque for control of real torque of main drive M, a comparator of torque for calculating lM, where ,M = M0 - M and M0 is the a value of the torque of main drive established for cutter and material of billet, and a control unit of feed rate F. The control unit of feed rate includes the unit of calculating the instantaneous cross -section al area of the billet worked by cutter, and is executed with possibility of definition of the feed rate F as function of for stabilization of M, so as M 0.
