Сировинна суміш для виготовлення портландцементного клінкеру для поліпшення реологічних властивостей та зниження енергетичних витрат на процес утворення клінкеру містить 22,0-30,0 мас. % відходів збагачення вугілля коксохімічного виробництва, 4,0-5,0 мас. % лігніну, 2,5-3,0 мас. % зневоднених осадів очисних споруджень комунального господарства, решту до 100 мас. % карбонатного компонента.
