Abstract
Заглибний електронасос стосується продукції машинобудування, зокрема агрегатів для подачі продуктів, обладнаних відцентровими електронасосами. Заглибний електронасос містить корпус 1, в якому розташований відцентровий насос 2 з електродвигуном 3, що містить водозахищений статор 4 і ротор 5. Порожнина електродвигуна 3 заповнена сумішшю, компонентами якої є вода з упорядкованою молекулярною структурою і необроблений гліцерин, при співвідношенні "гліцерин-вода" в межах від 0,4:0,6 до 0,6:0,4. Електродвигун 3 містить також компенсаційну камеру 7, розташовану з боку хвостової частини вала 8 ротора 5, яка сполучена з порожниною електродвигуна через систему каналів 9'-9". Компенсаційна камера 7 призначена для збирання зазначеної суміші, що витікає з порожнини електродвигуна 3. Така конструкція дозволяє відвернути перегрівання і підвищити рівень вибухозахищеності електронасоса. Зворотний клапан на виході насоса забезпечую сприятливі умови для роботи електронасоса при понижених температурах навколишнього середовища, у результаті чого підвищується загальна надійність електронасоса.Submersible electric pump refers to mechanical engineering products, in particular units for feeding products equipped with centrifugal electric pumps.
