Abstract
This method relates to boring-explosion works at opened mine workings, mostly to methods for charging explosion wells with simplest granulated explosion substances (ES) for destruction of watered rocks. This method comprises of application of pneumatic charging unit and hydro-insulation shell, where its diameter is chosen larger than the diameter of the explosion well. Level and density of charging are prescribed before, corresponding to strength and fracturing of the rock, and possibility of implementation of controlling those I the process of charging.
