Abstract
FIELD: geology and mining; applicable in mining of mineral deposits of complicated structure occurring under complicated mining and geological conditions. SUBSTANCE: method for mining of steeply dipping ore bodies includes opening of ore body by a system of underground workings and wells drilled from the day surface, disintegration of ore through wells, lifting of disintegrated ore through wells and underground workings to the surface. Diamond pipes are mined by extraction blocks which includes pilot holes and two wells of large diameters in three stages. At the first stage, pilot holes are drilled from the day surface with their bottoms located in the roof of mine working. Wire rope is placed into inner hollow of pilot hole within its length from the lower boundary of water bearing horizon. Wire rope is furnished with rock breaking members and its lower end is passed through seal installed in the lower end part of pilot-hole. Then, pilothole is filled with loose material. At the second stage, the large-diameter well of the first stage are drilled whose mouth is located at the day surface, and its bottom, on the lower boundary of water-bearing horizon. Then, casing is run into large- diameter well whose lower end coincides with the end of pilot-hole with further filling of annulus formed by large-diameter well and external surface of casing string with self-cementing fill. At the third stage, seal is withdrawn from pilot-hole with simultaneous discharge of loose material. Then, upward large-diameter well of the second stage is drilled with location of its bottom on the lower boundary of water-bearing horizon. After it, worked-out space of extraction block is filled, from the day surface, with self-cementing material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 10 dwg
