Abstract
Способ профилактики развития послеоперационных спаек у женщин с трубным бесплодием включает применение лапароскопической реконструктивно-пластической операции и интра- и послеоперационных мероприятий профилактики спайкообразования. Интраоперационно на десерозированной поверхности органов и брюшину наносят противоспаечное барьерное средство в виде геля на основе карбоксиметилцеллюлозы.
