Invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to the manufacturing of pipes with spherical form of graphite. The method of manufacturing the pipes from cast iron with spherical form of graphite is performed as follows. First the fusion of cast iron is reduced to required composition and subjected to treatment, including spheroidizing treatment, by its modification by magnesium master alloy. Then the rotary mould is filled for obtaining a hollow casting, which is heated and deformed for obtaining the pipes of final size. At finishing of required composition of melt is ensured the ratio of carbon to silicon 1.5-1.8, and spheroidizing working is carried out by clad surface-active ultra-dispersed powders of fraction 100-500 Å in amount of 0.005- 0.02% of the mass of melt, moreover the melt is poured into the casting mould preliminarily heated to the temperature of 180-220 °C.
