Abstract
Изобретение относится к области защиты черных металлов от коррозии, в частности к составу ингибиторов для кислых сред и может быть использовано в нефтяной и газовой промышленности для защиты скважинного и промыслового оборудования, а также в химической, коксохимической и других отраслях промышленности для защиты оборудования, которое работает в кислых средах. Ингибитор содержит продукт конденсации каменноугольных пиридиновых основ и каменноугольных фенолов, свободные каменноугольные пиридиновые основы, бензол и его метилпроизводные при следующем соотношении компонентов, % по масcе: - продукт конденсации каменноугольных пиридиновых основ и каменноугольных фенолов - 15-50; - свободные каменноугольные пиридиновые основы - 10-30; - бензол и его метилпроизводные - 10-50; Изобретение обеспечивает повышенную защиту и высокие технологические свойства при использовании его как в малокислых, так и очень кислых средах. При кислотной обработке скважины изобретение не снижает эффективность влияния очень кислых (15 - 30%) растворов кислоты на продуктивный пласт. Изобретение дает возможность производства исходных компонентов состава на основе доступной и дешевой сырьевой базы.
