Abstract
This invention relates to a new cold-resistant salt or ester of piruvic acid, coding cloned DNA of the same and recombinant vector containing DNA as agent for providing cold resistance of plants. It is proposed a method for creating cold-resistant salt or ester of piruvic acid , orthophosphate dikinase which has amino acid sequence, which is the same as amino acid sequence of 1/6 of all the field from C-ending the next polypeptide. Salt or ester of piruvic acid, orthophosphate dikinase have amino acid sequence. Polypeptide has amino acid sequence, which has homology of not less than 50 % with amino acid sequence. The said polypeptide has cold-resistant salt or ester of piruvic acid, activity of orthophosphate dikinase.
