A useful model refers to abrasive compounds that can be used to clean surfaces with 2 jet devices.
Ціна цього відомого порошку в Росії, де він 75 виробляється, на теперішній час складає до 165Ор/т (-280 грн/т).A well-known abrasive material produced by OJSC "Uralgrit" (Russia) in the form of powder (granular sand) from slag of metallurgical production by crushing solidified slag or water granulation of sprayed slag with the allocation of a given fraction. At the same time, slag from copper smelting production and structural its components are (in 90 mass particles): iron oxide GekhOz, iron oxide 70 EeO (40-50), silicon dioxide ZiO" (25-35), magnesium oxide Mao (less than 5), calcium oxide CaS (6-10). The grain size of the powder should not exceed Zmm, while the mass of grains with a size of 0.5-2.5 mm should be at least 75905 of the total mass, and such of the main quality indicators as hardness on the Mohs scale and minimum dynamic strength are respectively b and 10 (| 1) Y. The price of this well-known powder in Russia, where it is produced, is currently up to 165 Ор/t (-280 UAH/t).
Disadvantages of the known abrasive material are the complication of the technology, the need to meet grain size requirements, insufficient hardness and dynamic strength, the need to import it from Russia, and the high price, especially taking into account import costs.
The basis of the useful model is the task of simplifying and making the production of abrasive material cheaper, as well as improving its quality, by using the slag of domestic metallurgical production.
The specified goal is achieved by the fact that the abrasive material, which is produced in the form of powder (granular sand) from slag of metallurgical production by crushing hardened slag or by water granulation of sprayed slag with the selection of a given fraction, is obtained from electro-furnace slag of ferronickel production in Ukraine (s.m.t. Pobuzhske Kirovohrad region) with structural components (in 95 parts by mass): iron oxide BeO (6-12); oxides: iron Hez3O) (not normalized), silicon ZiO" (48-58), calcium Sas (2-23), magnesium
Мас (6-32), алюмінію АІ2О»з (1-7), хрому Ст2Оз (1-3), марганцю Мпо (до 1), титану ТіО» (до 0,5); нікельнккобальт -Mass (6-32), aluminum AI2O"z (1-7), chromium St2Oz (1-3), manganese Mpo (up to 1), titanium TiO" (up to 0.5); nickel cobalt -
