Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest cement zawierający żużel, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera poniżej 95% wag., korzystnie od 10 do 45% wag., żużla granulowanego pochodzącego z procesu produkcji żelazostopów, zawierającego: od 9 do 15%, korzystnie 12% tlenku glinu Al2O3; od 27 do 37%, korzystnie 31% tlenku wapnia CaO (II); od 5 do 17%, korzystnie 12% tlenku manganu (II) MnO; od 6 do 8%, korzystnie 7% tlenku magnezu (MgO); od 0,5 do 2%, korzystnie 1% tlenku żelaza (Fe2O3); od 36 do 40%, korzystnie 37% tlenku krzemu (SiO2). Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu wytwarzania powyższego cementu.
