Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw surowcowy przeznaczony do wytwarzania klinkieru portlandzkiego, zawierający naturalne wapienie, margle, surowce ilaste oraz surowce odpadowe pochodzenia przemysłowego, w tym popioły lotne i żużle paleniskowe ze spalania węgla kamiennego, w którym to zestawie zawartości głównych tlenków w % wagowych wynoszą: 41 - 50 CaO, 12 - 16 SiO2, 2 -5 Al2O3 i 1 - 3 Fe2O3. Zestaw ten charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera 1 - 100% wagowych wapna pokarbidowego powstałego w wyniku produkcji acetylenu z karbidu, zestawionego z mieszanką popiołowo - żużlową w stosunku wagowym od 2 : 1 do 4 : 1. Wapno pokarbidowe składa się w % wagowych z: 60 - 75 CaO, 1 - 5 SiO2, 0,5 - 3 Al2O3, 0 - 1 Fe2O3, 0 - 1 SO3, 0 - 1 MgO, 0 - 0,1 Na2O, 0 - 0,1 K2O, 0 - 0,2 TiO2, 0 - 0,2 P2O5, a straty prażenia stanowią 20 - 34%, przy czym średnia wielkość ziaren wapna pokarbidowego wynosi od 20 do 60 µm. Mieszanka popiołowo - żużlowa zawiera w % wagowych: 1 - 5 CaO, 42 - 52 SiO2, 16 - 24 Al2O3, 5 - 12 Fe2O3, 0 - 4 SO3, 0 - 2 MgO, 0 - 2 TiO2, a średnia wielkość ziaren mieszanki popiołowo - żużlowej wynosi od 0,1 do 1,5 mm.The subject of the application is a raw material set intended for the production of Portland clinker, containing natural limestone, marls, clay raw materials and waste materials of industrial origin, including fly ash and furnace slag from hard coal combustion, in which the set of main oxides content in% by weight is: 41 - 50 CaO, 12 - 16 SiO2, 2 -5 Al2O3 and 1 - 3 Fe2O3. This kit is characterized in that it contains 1 - 100% by weight of carbarb lime resulting from the production of acetylene from carbide, combined with an ash-slag mixture in a weight ratio of 2: 1 to 4: 1. The carbide lime consists in weight% of: 60 - 75 CaO, 1 - 5 SiO2, 0.5 - 3 Al2O3, 0 - 1 Fe2O3, 0 - 1 SO3, 0 - 1 MgO, 0 - 0.1 Na2O, 0 - 0.1 K2O, 0 - 0, 2 TiO2, 0 - 0.2 P2O5, and roasting losses constitute 20-34%, with average grain size of carbarbide being 20 to 60 µm. The ash-slag mixture contains in% by weight: 1 - 5 CaO, 42 - 52 SiO2, 16 - 24 Al2O3, 5 - 12 Fe2O3, 0 - 4 SO3, 0 - 2 MgO, 0 - 2 TiO2, and the average grain size of the mixture - slag is between 0.1 and 1.5 mm.
