Abstract

The invention relates to biotechnology and genetic engineering, in particular, tp methods for obtaining of human MnO2-dismutase for therapeutic use, e.g., as anti-inflammatory agent. A method comprises the isolation of mRNA from placental or hepatic human tissues, obtaining of poly (A)+RNA, synthesizing of two-stranded kDNA, construction of kDNA bank, isolation of DNA sequence and coding of Mn2O-dismutase.
