Abstract
Description
Description of the invention
ч. The useful model refers to agriculture, namely to the cultivation of planting material of 2 plants, including grapes
As a prototype, a well-known method of growing grape planting material was chosen, which includes the cultivation of microclones in the conditions of ip migo, transplanting to an ionic substrate in the conditions of protected soil, adaptation to a moist substrate based on zeolite with mineral additives and growing to standard sizes.
С. IAS USSR Mo 1761049 "Method of growing planting material of grapes". AO1017/00, 1990 |. 70 The disadvantage of the known method is that it is impossible to obtain planting material throughout the year, and because of this, the yield of basic standard and standard vegetative seedlings is not high enough.
The basis of a useful model is the task of improving the method of growing planting material of plants, in which by planting microclones of plants in a container on an ionic substrate with a combination of cultivation and adaptation, followed by transplanting to a permanent place in a zeolite substrate and growing up to 12 standard seedlings, which leads to increasing the yield of standard seedlings and improving their quality.
The technical result of the invention is expressed in the improvement of the development of the root system of seedlings and the leaf apparatus due to the creation of optimal conditions of nutrition in a mixture of ionic substrates, shortening the period of their adaptation to the conditions of ip mimo and, in general, the period of their cultivation to standard sizes.
The task is achieved by the fact that in the method of year-round cultivation of planting material of plants, which involves growing microclones in ip mio conditions, microchubuking, transplanting them into the substrate in protected soil conditions, adaptation and growing to standard sizes, according to the invention, adaptation is combined with microchubuking and growing microclones in containers on a mixture of ionic substrates "Bion" and zeolite in a ratio of 3:11 and carried out by opening the lids for 8-10 days, and microchubuks are planted in containers with a diameter of 5.0-5.5 cm with a volume of nutrient substrate 45 -50 cm3. 29 The ratio of ionic substrate to zeolite in the ratio of 3:11 ensures optimal air exchange, - moisture-retaining property, structure, as well as a supply of nutrients sufficient for the normal life activity of microclones. Zeolite, like Biona, is a substrate endowed with ion-exchange properties, which causes the identical type of nutrition of ip miggo and ip mimo plants.
оWhen the lids of cultivation glasses are gradually opened over the course of 8-10 days, the humidity decreases to about 3o 60-6595. At the same time, the formation of the cuticle occurs, the work of the stomatal apparatus intensifies, which helps the plants to get used to more severe conditions. Plants gradually get used to conditions of low humidity, which helps to get used to the conditions of ip uimo more quickly, and shortens, in general, the period of adaptation by 7-8 days. at
--Planting microchubuk on a substrate with a volume of 45-50 cubic cm. ensures the development of the root system with (F) an optimal ratio of root length and mass. With a container diameter of 5.0-5.5 cm, plants form an aerial part with a thickened shoot and a more developed leaf apparatus. --
