Abstract

Редуктор двоступінчастий планетарний, що містить картер, в якому розміщено вал гвинта, перебірний та планетарний ступені, які містять ведучі шестерні, шестерні-сателіти, зубчаті колеса внутрішнього зачеплення, корпуси та з'єднувальні вали-ресори, а також систему вимірювача крутного моменту, яка, в свою чергу, містить циліндри, які з'єднані з зубчатим колесом планетарного ступеня та картером. Редуктор містить масляний насос системи вимірювача крутного моменту та систему передачі масла для управління повітряним гвинтом. Шестерні-сателіти встановлені в корпусах перебірного та планетарного ступенів за допомогою роликових підшипників. Зубчате колесо внутрішнього зачеплення планетарного ступеня закріплено на картері з використанням циліндрів системи вимірювача крутного моменту з можливістю його відносного зміщення в поперечній площині редуктора. Корпус перебірого ступеня оснащений гнучким елементом, який симетрично розміщений відносно стінок корпусу та за допомогою якого корпус закріплено до картера. Підшипники шестерень-сателітів закріплені в корпусах різьбовими з'єднаннями, що зафіксовані за допомогою дистанційних втулок та стопорних кілець.The gearbox is a two-stage planetary gearbox, which contains a housing in which the propeller shaft is located, the bevel and planetary stages, which contain driving gears, satellite gears, internal gear gears, housings and connecting shafts-springs, as well as a torque measuring system, which , in turn, contains cylinders that are connected to the gear wheel of the planetary stage and the crankcase. The gearbox contains the torque meter system oil pump and the propeller control oil transfer system. Satellite gears are installed in the housings of the screening and planetary stages with the help of roller bearings. The gear wheel of the internal gear of the planetary stage is fixed on the crankcase using the cylinders of the torque measuring system with the possibility of its relative displacement in the transverse plane of the gearbox. The case of the overrun stage is equipped with a flexible element, which is symmetrically placed relative to the walls of the case and with the help of which the case is fixed to the crankcase. Bearings of satellite gears are fixed in the housings with threaded connections, which are fixed with the help of remote bushings and locking rings.
