Abstract
Спосіб отримання біологічно активних добавок з рослин амаранта та люцерни включає подрібнення та віджимання зеленої маси люцерни та амаранта. З отриманого коагульованого соку рослин шляхом фільтрації на центрифугах або тканинних фільтрах пастоподібну біологічно активну добавку доводять до вологості 57-60 %, гранулюють у вологому стані шляхом протискання через фільєри діаметром 4 мм і висушують у віброкиплячому шарі за температури 62-65 °C.The method of obtaining biologically active additives from amaranth and alfalfa plants includes grinding and squeezing the green mass of alfalfa and amaranth. From the obtained coagulated plant juice by filtration on centrifuges or fabric filters, a pasty biologically active additive is brought to a moisture content of 57-60%, granulated in a wet state by pressing through 4 mm diameter dies and dried in a vibrating fluidized bed at a temperature of 62-65 °C.
