Abstract

The paperclip for gripping and clamping the hose or bag-like shell comprises an elongated flat base of flexible material which is easily deformed and two flat legs, the ends of which are oppositely cut at an angle for folding side by side when the paper clip covers and clamps the hose or bag-like shells. The flat legs of the paper clip are generally at right angles to its elongated flat base generally parallel to each other, and the outer surface of the elongated flat base is made for fixing on a strip of flexible material and marking it.

Description

The utility model belongs to the food industry, namely to the equipment intended for packaging various products in a tubular or bag-like casing, in particular to clips for covering and clamping sleeve or bag-like casings in the production of sausages.

An analogue is known, which is described in patent (1), which deals with an O-shaped paper clip and a method of marking one of its legs.

The disadvantage of the solution described in patent (1) is marking on the leg of the paper clip, which is deformed during assembly according to the process described in patent (2), and as a result of this deformation, the marking applied to the paper clip may be broken. Since the part of the leg has a round shape, the size of the markings that can be applied to such a surface is too small. Also, the disadvantage of this placement of the marking is that the marking applied to the leg can be damaged by the matrix of the clipper when assembling the paper clip.

A known analog, which is described in analog patents (2, 3), in which the construction of a paperclip with a round cross-section is considered. The disadvantage of this solution is that a clip with a small cross-sectional size has a small contact area, which can lead to damage to the occluded material, which does not have sufficient strength.

Likewise, from patent |4| a technical solution for a paper clip is known, which is made of flat material, fastened into one long strip with cutouts, and has an O-shaped shape. The disadvantage of this solution is that there are areas on the legs of the paper clip that do not participate in holding the clogged material, which leads to overuse of the material of the paper clip.

The closest analogue of the useful model is reflected in the patent |5), which describes a cassette of interconnected staples for covering and clamping sleeve or bag-like shells, containing a strip of flexible material and many staples placed next to each other, made in the form of flat plates of flexible material that is easily deformed. Each clip includes an elongated flat base designed to be secured to a strip of flexible material and two flat legs, the ends of which are oppositely angled for side-by-side folding when the clip wraps around and pinches sleeve or pouch casings.

The disadvantage of the closest analogue is that attaching the carrier tape to the inside of the staples is not rational from the point of view of transporting the staples and feeding them to the clipping area.

З The shape of the paperclip profile does not allow marking on it with a one-sided linear-directional action during clipping.

This paperclip is not marked. On the inner surface of the paper clip, there are no various forms of depressions, notches, grooves and other elements aimed at improving the retention of the paper clip on the material being corked.

The purpose of the useful model is to ensure that a sleeve or bag-like shell of different sizes and types is clamped with a paper clip, as well as to apply a marking on the flat base of the paper clip during clipping, which does not deform when the paper clip is assembled in the matrix.

The technical result consists in the production of a paperclip capable of clamping sleeves or bag-like shells of different sizes and types with marking applied to the base of the paperclip during clipping.

A paper clip for enclosing and crimping a sleeve or bag-like shell is provided, comprising an elongated flat base of a flexible material that is easily deformed, and two flat legs, the ends of which are oppositely cut at an angle for side-by-side folding as the clip encircles and crimps sleeved or bag-like sheaths, according to a useful model, the flat legs of the paper clip are located generally at right angles to its elongated flat base and generally parallel to each other, and the outer surface of the elongated flat base is designed to secure the strip of flexible material and apply marking thereon.

Preferably, the flat legs of the paperclip, which are located on both sides of its elongated flat base, are connected to the elongated flat base by rounded sections made with a radius of K.

The flat legs of the paperclip can be made with chamfers covered with a composition that improves their sliding during assembly.

All edges of the paper clip are preferably rounded with a radius of g.

The inner surface of the paper clip can be made with elements that prevent the paper clip from sliding over the material to be blocked.

The claimed clip (see Fig. 1) has an elongated flat base 1 and two flat legs 2 and 3, which are located on two sides of the elongated flat base 1 and are connected to it by means of a radius K. Flat legs 2 and Z are located parallel to each other one and at right angles to the elongated flat base, forming an O-shaped shape. The inner and outer surfaces of the legs 2 and З (see cross-section AA in Fig. 1) are flat, and in the cross-section together with the side surfaces form a rectangular profile with a cross-sectional area.

At the ends of the legs 2 and Z, there are chamfers 4 and 5, respectively, covered with a special composition that improves the sliding of the legs when they are assembled in the matrix (not shown in the drawings). In order to exclude cases of shell tearing, sharp edges that may come into contact with the shell are made on the paper clip with radii of g.

Legs 2 and Z have, respectively, two side surfaces b and 7 (see Fig. 2), perpendicular to the surfaces of the elongated flat base 1 and two side surfaces 8 and 9, located at an angle c to surfaces 6 and 7, respectively. Thus, on the side, the flat legs 2 and C of the paperclip form a wedge.

Paper clips, for their correct orientation during operation, are connected in series with a tape 10 of flexible material (see Fig. 3), thus forming the claimed cassette of interconnected paper clips. The tape is attached to the outer surface of the elongated flat base 1 of the staples and prevents the staples from separating from the entire cassette until they are used for clipping.

With the punch 11 of the clipper (not shown in the drawing), which, acting on the elongated flat base 1 of the clip in the direction 5, separates the clip from the cassette and directs it to the clipping zone.

When impacting the paperclip with punch 11, the working part of which is marked (see

Fig. 5), it is possible to simultaneously clip the paperclip and mark it, for example, by extruding the material on the outer surface of the elongated flat base 1 of the paperclip (see

Fig. 6).

Since the flat legs 2 and Z of paperclips have the shape of a wedge, when assembled in a matrix (not shown in the drawings), the flat legs 2 and Z do not interfere with each other, being folded (see Fig. 7) along surfaces 8 and 9, they have the ability to change the size internal space 12 and 13 of paper clips (see Fig. 8, 9). This allows you to use a paperclip for use with different sizes and types of sleeve or bag-like shells.

For better retention of the clip on the material that is being blocked, the inner surface 14 of the clip (see Fig. 10) can be made with various elements, in the form of recesses, notches and grooves, and other elements that prevent the slide of the clip on the material to be blocked.

Mostly, this type of paper clips is made of aluminum alloys, they can be made of any other deformed materials.
