The utility model relates to the food industry, and in particular to equipment intended for packaging various products in a tubular or bag-like sleeve casing, in particular to paper clips for covering and clamping sleeve or bag-like casings in the production of sausages. The technical task of the claimed device is to provide clamping with a paper clip of various sizes and in the form of a sleeve or bag-like shell, as well as marking during clipping on the flat base of the paper clip that is not deformed when folding the paper clip in the matrix. The problem is solved due to the fact that the flat legs of the paper clip are generally at right angles to its elongated flat base and generally parallel to each other, and the outer surface of the elongated flat base is made with the possibility of marking on it. 4 s.p. f-ly, 10 ill.

Description

The utility model relates to the food industry, and in particular to equipment intended for packaging various products in a tubular or bag-like sleeve casing, in particular to paper clips for covering and clamping the sleeve or bag-like casings in the production of sausages.

The technical solution is known, described in DE 19825106, publ. 12/30/1999, in which a U-shaped clip and a method for marking one of its legs are considered.

The disadvantage of the solution described in DE 19825106 is the marking on the leg of the paper clip, which is deformed when folded according to the process described in CH 447109, publ. 11/30/1967, and as a result of this deformation, the marking applied to the clip may be violated. Since the leg section is round, the size of the markings that can be applied to such a surface is too small. Also, the disadvantage of such marking placement is that the marking applied to the leg can be damaged on the clipper matrix when folding the paper clip.

From the technical field, the solution is known, which is described in patents-analogues CH 447109, EP 0951427 B1, publ. 10.27.1999, which considers the design of a paper clip having a circular cross section. The disadvantage of this solution is that the clip with a small cross-sectional size has a small contact area, which can lead to damage to the printed material, which does not have sufficient strength.

Also from RU 2151089 C1, publ. 06/20/2000 a technical solution is known for a paper clip made of a flat material, fastened in one long tape with cutouts and having a U-shape. The disadvantage of this solution is that on the legs of the clip there are sections that do not participate in the retention of the corked material, which leads to an overexpenditure of the material of the clip.

The closest solution to the claimed clip is the solution displayed in US 2855647, publ. 10/14/1958, which describes a cartridge of interconnected paper clips for covering and clamping sleeve or bag-like shells, containing a strip of flexible material and a plurality of adjacent paper clips made in the form of flat plates of flexible easily deformable material. Each clip contains an elongated flat base for fastening on a strip of flexible material, and two flat legs, the ends of which are oppositely cut at an angle to fold side by side, when the clip covers and compresses the sleeve or bag-like shells.

The disadvantage of the solution described in US 2855647 is that fastening the carrier tape to the inside of the paper clips is not rational in terms of transporting the paper clips and feeding them to the clipping zone. The shape of the paper clip profile does not allow marking on it with a one-sided linear directional action during clipping.

This paper clip is not marked. On the inner surface of the paper clip there is no different shape of the recesses, notches, corrugations and other elements aimed at improving the retention of the paper clip on the corked material.

The technical task of the claimed device is to ensure clamping with a paper clip of a different size and type of a sleeve or bag-like shell, as well as applying a marking clip that is not deformed when the paper clip is folded in the matrix during clipping.

The technical result consists in the manufacture of a paper clip capable of clamping sleeve or bag-shaped casings of various sizes and types with markings applied to the base of the paper clip during clipping.

The task is to hold a clip for gripping and clamping a sleeve or bag-like shell containing an elongated flat base made of flexible, easily deformable material, which can be fixed on a strip of flexible material, and two flat legs, the ends of which are oppositely cut at an angle to fold side by side when the clip covers and compresses the sleeve or bag-like shells, it is decided that the flat legs of the paper clip are located, generally, at right angles to its elongated flat base as a whole parallel to g other, wherein the outer surface of the elongated flat base, adapted to be applied to it markings.

Preferably, the flat legs of the paper clip, which are located on two sides of its elongated flat base, are connected to the elongated flat base with rounded sections made with a radius R.

The flat legs of the clip can be made with chamfers coated with a composition that improves their sliding when folding.

The inner surface of the paper clip can be made with elements that prevent the sliding of the paper clip on the material to be sealed.

All edges of the paper clip are preferably rounded with radius r.

The claimed clip, (see Fig. 1) has an elongated flat base 1 and two flat legs 2 and 3, which are located on both sides of the elongated flat base 1 and are connected to it by radii R. The flat legs 2 and 3 are parallel to one another and at right angles to an elongated flat base, forming a U-shaped. The inner and outer surfaces of legs 2 and 3 (see section AA in FIG. 1) are flat, and in cross section with side surfaces form a rectangular profile with section b × h, where b is the height of the specified profile, and h is its width.

At the ends of legs 2 and 3 there are chamfers 4 and 5, respectively, coated with a special composition that improves the sliding of the legs when they are folded in the matrix (not shown in the drawings). To exclude cases of rupture of the shell, sharp edges that can contact the shell are made with radii r on the clip.

Legs 2 and 3 have two side surfaces 6 and 7, respectively (see Fig. 2), perpendicular to the surfaces of the elongated flat base 1, and two side surfaces 8 and 9, located at an angle α to surfaces 6 and 7, respectively. Thus, from the side, the flat legs 2 and 3 of the paper clip form a wedge.

The clips, for their correct orientation during operation, are interconnected sequentially by a tape 10 of flexible material (see Fig. 3), thus forming a cassette of interconnected clips. The tape is attached to the outer surface of the elongated flat base 1 of the paper clips and does not allow the paper clips to separate from the entire cartridge until they are used for clipping.

The separation of one clip (see Fig. 4) from the rest, fastened with tape 10, is performed by a clipper punch 11 (not shown in the figure), which, acting on the elongated flat base 1 of the clip in the S direction, separates the clip from the cartridge and directs it to the clipping zone .

When the paper clip is exposed to the punch 11, on the working part of which is marked (see Fig. 5), it is possible to simultaneously mark the paper clip by marking it, for example, by extruding the material on the outer surface of the elongated flat base 1 of the paper clip (see Fig. 6).

Since the flat legs 2 and 3 of the staples have a wedge shape, when folding in the matrix (not shown in the drawings), the flat legs 2 and 3 do not interfere with each other, folding (see Fig. 7) along surfaces 8 and 9, have the ability to resize the inner space 12 and 13 of the paper clip (see Fig. 8, 9). This makes it possible to use a paper clip for use with sleeve or bag-like casings of various sizes and types.

In order to better hold the paper clip on the material to be sealed, the inner surface of the paper clip 14 (see Fig. 10) can be made with various elements, in the form of recesses, notches and corrugations, and other elements that prevent the paper from sliding on the material to be sealed.

Mostly this type of paperclip is made of aluminum alloys, but can also be made of any other deformable materials.

A paper clip for gripping and clamping a sleeve or bag-like shell, comprising an elongated flat base of flexible easily deformable material and two flat legs, the ends of which are oppositely cut at an angle to fold side by side when the clip covers and compresses the sleeve or bag-shaped shells, characterized in that the flat legs of the paper clip are generally parallel to each other and generally at right angles to its elongated flat base, and the outer surface of the elongated flat base is made with zmozhnostyu drawing on her markings. 2.
