Abstract

У даному винаході пропонується спосіб приготування продукту з вмістом діоксиду титану, який включає в себе етапи: забезпечення дисперсії, яка включає в себе частинки діоксиду титану, де дисперсія містить від 50 г/л до 600 г/л ТіО2; а потім у будь-якому порядку, нанесення неорганічного покриття на частинки діоксиду титану з можливістю підтримання колоїдної стійкості до і/або під час етапу нанесення покриття; концентрації дисперсії, піддаючи її впливу поперечно-потокової фільтрації та продовження процесу поперечно-потокової фільтрації до досягнення концентрованої форми дисперсії з вмістом 800 г/л або більше ТіО2; для отримання продукту з вмістом діоксиду титану у вигляді концентрованої дисперсії покритих частинок. Концентрована дисперсія покритих частинок необов'язково може бути диспергована у розчиннику для отримання пігментного продукту.
