Abstract

Винахід стосується способу одержання мутантної рослини цукрового буряку, що стійка до одного або більше інгібіторів ферменту синтази ацетогідроксикислоти (ALS), що включає стадії: одержання протопластів із замикаючих клітин устя, які виділено з рослини цукрового буряку; застосування щодо культури in vitro зазначених протопластів композиції, що містить один або більше інгібіторів ALS в концентрації, яка є смертельною для більш ніж 99 % культивованих in vitro клітин; і регенерації рослин цукрових буряків із зазначених культивованих in vitro клітин, що вижили.
