Abstract

Спосіб виготовлення будівельних виробів на магнезіальному в'яжучому включає підготовку, дозування і приготування суміші з перемішуванням складових до одержання однорідної маси з подальшим її формуванням, тужавленням і наступним переміщенням виробів на вистоювання на 27-28 діб. Формування виробу здійснюють пластами пошарово, на поверхні з підігрівом до температури 20- за допомогою пристрою з вальцями, а між пластами укладають прокладку, наприклад плівку, крім того, у процесі формування кожен шар пласта армують сіткою зі скловолокна і нетканого матеріалу і залишають пласти на поверхні з підігрівом на 16-18 годин для тужавіння і початкового набору міцності, при цьому перед відправленням продукції на вистоювання здійснюють попередній розкрій пластів, далі після вистоювання продукцію нарізають за точними розмірами.A method of manufacturing construction products on a magnesium binder involves the preparation, dispensing and preparation of a mixture with stirring of components to obtain a homogeneous mass with its subsequent molding, curing and subsequent movement of the products to stand for 27-28 days.
