Abstract
Винахід належить до гірничої справи, зокрема до способу відкритої розробки крутоспадних родовищ корисних копалин. Згідно зі способом гірничу масу перших нижніх горизонтів транспортують до дробарки автосамоскидами. З боку неробочого торця кар'єру по його укосу розміщують першу окрему секцію основного крутонахиленого стрічково-візкового конвеєра, сполучують його із дробаркою крупного дроблення. У міру розкриття кожного нижче розташованого горизонту формують транспортну площадку з перевантажувальним пристроєм та бункером-накопичувачем. На укосі нижче розташованих горизонтів із зміщенням у напрямку до робочої зони кар'єру розміщують допоміжний стрічково-візковий конвеєр. Основний стрічково-візковий конвеєр кожного разу в процесі поглиблення гірничих робіт нарощують черговою секцією, після чого переміщують допоміжний конвеєр на нижче розташований горизонт, з'єднуючи з відповідною нарощеною секцією основного конвеєра. Безперервно транспортують гірничу масу із почерговим нарощуванням секціями основного конвеєра та переміщенням униз допоміжного конвеєра аж до проектної глибини кар'єру. Досягається суттєве підвищення продуктивності та надійності транспортного процесу.The invention relates to mining, in particular to a method for the open development of steep mineral deposits. The main conveyor belt conveyor each time in the process of deepening of mining work is escalated by the next section, after which the auxiliary conveyor is moved to the horizon below, connecting with the corresponding escalated section of the main conveyor. Continuously transporting the rock mass with a successive extension of sections of the main conveyor and moving down the auxiliary conveyor down to the design depth of the quarry. The productivity and reliability of the transport process are significantly improved.
