Abstract

У термографічному способі перевірки для локально розділювального виявлення й ідентифікації приповерхових дефектів у досліджуваному виробі поверхнева область досліджуваного виробу нагрівається, наприклад індуктивно. Реєструється серія термографічних зображень, що йдуть одне за іншим з часовим інтервалом, в межах фази розповсюдження тепла, причому кожне термографічне зображення представляє місцевий температурний розподіл у зареєстрованій термографічним зображенням поверхневій області досліджуваного виробу. З термографічних зображень визначають позиційно правильно упорядковані температурні профілі, причому кожний позиційно правильно упорядкований температурний профіль співвідноситься з тим же самим діапазоном вимірювань поверхні досліджуваного виробу. Потім для великої кількості зареєстрованих температурними профілями вимірювальних положень діапазону вимірювань з температурних профілів визначають часові зміни значень температури. Вони аналізуються відповідно до щонайменше одного критерію оцінювання, який характеризує тепловий потік у діапазоні вимірювань. Спосіб приймає до уваги тепловий потік в області дефектів, які представляють інтерес, і у порівнянні з традиційними системами пропонує краще заглушення завад і кращу селективність між справжніми дефектами і псевдодефектами.
