Abstract
Винахід належить до способу розділення суміші речовин перегонкою та пристрою для його здійснення. Спосіб і пристрій служать для розділення суміші речовин шляхом перегонки в системі перегінних колон, яка містить щонайменше одну першу перегінну колону (2). Суміш (1) речовин вводиться в першу перегінну колону (2). Головна фракція з першої перегінної колони щонайменше частково конденсується в першому дефлегматорі (101) в результаті непрямого теплообміну з газоподібним охолоджуючим середовищем (11, 10, 110). Утворений при цьому конденсат, щонайменше частково, подається на першу перегінну колону (2) як флегма. У газоподібне охолоджуюче середовище (112, 12) за першим дефлегматором (101) додається рідка фракція (14, 16) охолоджуючого середовища (13), причому саме в стаціонарному режимі роботи системи перегінних колон. Змішане охолоджуюче середовище (18), що утворюється при цьому, проводиться через теплообмінник (19), в якому охолоджуюче середовище (11) вище по потоку першого дефлегматора (101) охолоджується шляхом непрямого теплообміну. Температура охолоджуючого середовища (110) при вході в перший дефлегматор (101) регулюється установкою (17) кількості рідкої фракції (16), що додається. Змішане охолоджуюче середовище (18) за теплообмінником (19) або не повертається на перший дефлегматор (101), або частина змішаного охолоджуючого середовища (18) за теплообмінником (19) в контурі циркуляції, який містить циркуляційну газодувку, повертається в перший дефлегматор (101), причому охолоджуюче середовище, що повертається, в контурі розширяється без здійснення роботи. Винахід забезпечує надійне і стабільне здійснення процесу розділення.
