Abstract
Винахід належить до нанотехнології, а саме до отримання наноструктур, які можуть використовуватися в мастильних складах для обробки вузлів тертя механізмів і машин. Наноструктурний ревіталізант отримано з продуктів дегідратації природних або синтезованих гідратів неорганічних сполук, або їх сумішей при температурі видалення конституційної води і температурі стабілізації продукту дегідратації в інтервалі 300-. Наноструктурний ревіталізант містить оксиди MgO та/або SiO, та/ або А1О, та/або СаО, та/або FeO, та/або KО, та/або NaO, включає нанозерно і сполучну фазу, являє собою гранатоподібне двофазове утворення, розмір якого знаходиться в діапазоні 100-100000 нм, при розмірі нанозерна в діапазоні 2-200 нм. Спосіб отримання наноструктурного ревіталізанта з стійкою формою наноструктури включає етап дегідратації природних або синтезованих гідратів неорганічних сполук, або їх сумішей при температурі видалення конституційної води від 300 до та етап перемішування отриманого продукту з мастильним середовищем. Суміш подають на поверхні, які труться або в зону тертя. Формування стійкої форми наноструктурного ревіталізанта додатково включає етап отримання структурно-безповоротної форми (етап стабілізації), який полягає в стабілізації продукту дегідратації при температурі від 1000 до протягом 1-3 годин до утворення частинок в діапазоні від 100 до 100000 нм і етап одержання стійкої геометричної форми (форми кочення), який відбувається після подачі стабілізованого продукту дегідратації на поверхні, які труться або у зону тертя.
