Abstract

La invención se refiere a la producción de materiales que se pueden utilizar en composiciones lubricantes para tratar los ensambles de fricción para la restauración de las superficies de fricción de mecanismos y partes de fricción. La composición se produce de los productos de deshidratación de hidratos naturales y/o sintetizados y/o mezclas de los mismos a una temperatura de eliminación de agua inherente y temperatura de estabilización de producto de 300-1200°C. La composición contiene óxidos de la serie de MgO y/o SiC2 y/o Al2O3 y/o CaO y/o Fe2O3 y/o K2O y/o Na2O y es un conglomerado en forma de granada que consiste de un nanograno y una fase amorfa de unión. El tamaño del conglomerado está en el rango de 100 - 100000 nm y el tamaño de nanograno está en el rango de 2 - 2000 ppm. El método reclamado incluye una etapa de estabilización de producto de deshidratación a una temperatura de 900 - 1200°C por un periodo de 1-3 horas, lo que hace posible formar una estructura de conglomerado estable.
