Abstract
Изобретение относится к черной металлургии. Сталь для цельнокатаных колес содержит, мас. %: углерод - 0,47-0,60, кремний - 0,70-1,5, марганец - 0,70-1,0, ванадий - 0,08-0,15, медь - до 0,25, хром - до 0,25, никель - до 0,25, примеси серы - до 0,020, фосфора - до 0,025, алюминия - 0,013-0,03, кислорода - до 0,0025, водорода - до 0,0002 и железо - остальное, при этом выполняется соотношение: 1,3 <Mn/C<1,6. Техническим результатом изобретения является получение высокого уровня механических свойств (твердости, пластичности и ударной вязкости) обода стального железнодорожного колеса.
