Колпачок (1) для бутылки с напитком, в частности, для бутылки с алкогольным напитком, который расположен вдоль оси (А) и имеет опорный корпус (3), прикрепленный к горлышку (7) бутылки (2), разливочный элемент (5), имеющий канал разлива (51) и соединенный под углом с опорным корпусом (3) и соосно подвижно установленный на части (8) направляющей опорного корпуса (3) с возможностью выборочного открытия или закрытия прохода (63), соединенного с каналом (51), который отличается тем, что колпачок (1) имеет устройство (65) размыкания, которое отделяет в угловом направлении разливочный элемент (5) от опорного корпуса (3), когда разливной элемент (5) достигает заданного положения, и позволяет разливному элементу (5) вращаться относительно опорного корпуса (3).
