Abstract

Способ корректировки коэффициента усиления емкостного элемента, который содержит электроды, перемещаемые один относительно другого, включает шаги, на которых последовательно подают на один из электродов пониженное напряжение сдвига (10, 12). Указанные ранее имеют противоположные знаки и одинаковое значение, которое ниже порогового значения, для которого может быть измерено остаточное поле, которое создается указанным пониженным напряжением сдвига. Выполняют (11, 13) соответствующие измерения выходных сигналов от емкостного элемента. Рассчитывают (14) среднее значение и выполняют корректирование (19) коэффициента усиления емкостного элемента в зависимости от измеренного выходного сигнала.
